Work Instructions are the backbone of our process and must be followed to ensure that the customer’s requirements are met.
All jobs have Work Instructions outlining;
Process of work – Explains steps required to perform the job. Must be followed step by step
Visual Inspections – Shows key inspections of critical parts of the process, or previous defects
Packaging Instructions – Shows the packaging process for the parts pack out.
Before starting any job please review the instructions located on your terminal to refresh yourself as changes can be made during the off shift, or between runs.
If you have suggestions to improve the process steps for a particular job please see your supervisor and we can review the recommendations and consider for changes to the Work Instruction document.
