We have received feedback from multiple customers regarding cleanliness of the parts we are shipping, the examples below are from 470 pcs of Maxx Shower bases with oil residue on them, as well as 1 skid of lattice and U’s shipped to China covered in grease. We have to pay for credits and cleaning of this product in order for them to be used.
Please ensure that the parts are clean before putting into finished goods, and if you find an issue in your work area that contributes to this please escalate to supervisor.
